This plexiglass logo sign is made from 1/2″ & 1/4″ Acrylic. The logo layer is made out of 1/2″ Black Acrylic with a custom PMS color match top layer of 1/8″ acrylic. The logo is then adhered to a 1/4″ clear acrylic panel, which sits off the wall with stainless steel standoffs. We can help transform your logo into wall art that will be the center piece of your entrance, office or showroom. Our design can custom color match any Pantone color or we can even print the faces with smooth and lush gradient fills.

With a sleek and metallic look, this is a popular substrate for Signs and Letters. (Top Right:) Blue Edge Glow translucent Acrylic which is Laser Engraved on the 2nd Surface. This material is a good choice for wall plaques and Donor Panels. We can add LED’s to make the engraving pop. (Middle Left:) 1/8″ Thick Black Acrylic w/ CMYK+ww UV Flatbed Print. Printing on Acrylic is our specialty. With our CMYK + white + clear process, we can achieve the finest prints with accurate color and scratch resistant durability. Our new Custom Super Bright Laser Engraved Acrylic LED Sign Panels are an exclusive product to LCI. We engrave your custom logo, graphics or copy on the 2nd surface (back side) of the acrylic. All LED lights and connections are contained within a 1/2″ thick piece of acrylic! No more channels or bulky frames to hide the lighting and electronics. Just simply connect the supplied mini power supply to the power jack on the back. These panels can be hung or they can be wall mounted with stand offs. This Acrylic Point-of-Purchase Display shows off our Acrylic Fabricating and UV Flatbed Printing. The inside core of this piece is made from rugged ABS sheet, heat bent and glued. Then the piece is skinned with 1/4″ Clear Plex which is printed on the 2nd Surface.

At LCI we specialize in LED Halo Channel Letters. This example has a 1″ thick base layer laser cut from HDU; This is a material otherwise known as Sign Foam. The top layer is made from 1/4″ Thick White Acrylic to give a glossy finished look. The back of the sign is wired with bright LED’s that can be programmed for a variety of color glow. A transformer is also supplied to make this unit plug and play. At LCI, we can drill and tap the back of the logo sign for threaded standoffs. Then we supply you with a mounting template for fast and easy, do-it-yourself installation. Custom Acrylic and base layer color is available.

At LCI we laser cut fabric and textiles. Certain fabrics cannot be cut by knife because they simply fray on the edges. This is where laser cutting shines for these types textiles. The laser seals the edge as it cuts through, leaving a crisp and neat shape. This particulat sample was cut from a fabric called Sunbrella. We can stack cut such materials to minimize cut time, therefor passing the savings on to you.

At LCI we specialize in laser cut Mylar stencils. Mylar is otherwise know as polyester film. This material is widely used for stencils because it is so easy to clean and stencil with. Mylar can be cleaned with most solvents and it can be reused many times for a stencil that will last for years. You can spray or brush paint on to achieve a crisp image. Whether you are needing an industrial stencil or a decorative pattern, LCI can help you manipulate your artwork or text to create bridges. These are important to help keep the centers of letters or other shapes in tact.

At LCI we make flatbed UV Prints on Acrylic of up to 50″ x 100″ (an oversized 4′ x 8′ sheet) We print direct onto acrylic substrate with a vibrant color, matching most Pantone Colors. This is an example of a Formica and MDF Inlay Wall Mural. First we laser cut a base layer from 1/2″ MDF panel for the formica to be mounted to. Then we, laser cut the individual Formica color shapes and we mounted them to the base layer to fit snug without any gaps. This multi panel wall mural was then shipped to our client for installation. These double-sided UV flatbed printed panels are made from .080″ PETG with a .040″ brushed silver laminate piece adhered as a top layer. The piece is also heat bent to fit the top of an LCD panel TV. An example of a point-of-purchase display.

These letters are laser cut from 1/2″ Sign Foam and painted to match customer’s wall color. We supplied the customer with a custom stencil made from 10 mil polyester film to help position the letters for installation. The letters can then be adhered to the wall with ordinary construction adhesive.

This plexiglass letter sign is made from 1/2″ & 1/4″ Black Acrylic Letters which are adhered to the Plex background panel with double sided adhesive. The letter faces are made from brushed silver laminate. Then the sign was mounted to the wall with standoffs.

An example of a Push Through Letter Tradeshow Display. This sign is made from 3/4″ Thick Acrylic Letters with a custom blue surface laminate. The letters “push through” the 1/4″ background panel and are 1/2″ proud of the surface. Finally LED lighting inside the display lights the edges of the logo to make it glow.
