Second we laser cut the parts out of the entire sheet to just about any contour needed. As an additional option you may choose to have us apply double sided adhesive to the back (2nd surface) for a mounting application.

6: Will the ink scratch off of direct print laser cut acrylic products?
A: No. Our proprietary printing and cutting process leaves ink in tact even after laser cutting through it. Our ink adheres strong and is tough to scratch off.
7: Are you able to apply adhesive on the back?
A: Yes. We use mostly 3M 468MP and VHB adhesives.

August 31, 2015I have banding stripes when I use our flatbed printer that we bought a couple of years ago. Do you have that problem and do you print on acrylic?

We don’t have banding issues with our flatbed printer. We get good dot detail even on the toughest gradients. Also our inks bond pretty well on acrylic. It’s very difficult to scratch off.
